Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hinné Consulting is committed to providing a thoughtful and respectful experience for every client. Because all sessions are prepared individually, the following policies apply.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
    •    Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of payment.
    •    “No-shows” are non-refundable.

2. Refunds for Coaching & Prayer Sessions

Due to the time reserved and the nature of personalized work:
    •    Coaching sessions are non-refundable once approved and paid.
    •    If you need to reschedule, please do so before the 24-hour window.

If an emergency arises, please contact us — accommodations may be made at our discretion.

3. Refunds for Esthetics Services

Because esthetics appointments require preparation and product allocation:
    •    Payments are non-refundable once the appointment is approved and scheduled.
    •    If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know so we can support you or explore appropriate solutions.

4. Products & Digital Resources
    •    Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
    •    Skincare or physical retail items may be returned only if unused, unopened, and in original condition within 7 days.

5. Service Cancellations by Hinné

If we must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you may:
    •    Reschedule at no additional cost
or
    •    Receive a full refund if payment was already made
